What is especially interesting about the design is the parking elevator which can house 2 cars on top of each other and the striking circular window in the common staircase.
Also notice the balconies which are very deep when compared to the usual depth. This lets the inhabitants utilize the space better because it can fit a table with 4 chairs easily.
